Living Apart; Staying Together

Though we have been traveling with 3/5 of the Wards, we are still 5/5.

Easily conquered.

There we were coming off the Faro de Trafalgar.  The hill beckons. Up she goes. Like when, the moment we arrived,  Carl and Fred scrambled up the snow-covered hill outside our condo at Beaver Creek.

Or when Fred was so sure he could run to the cliff the first night on our Tours des Dents-du-Midi.

It was really far away.

Driving up the hill to Puerta del Boyar in Spain was a lot like driving on those steep one-lane-wide but with cars-going-both-ways roads in St Johns.

Remember when we had a 4 seater jeep for 5 of us and all our stuff?

We survived.

That windy day in Ronda with the rain coming up...

Smilin' in the rain.

reminded us of that windy day watching the 747s land just outside the Udvar-Hazy Center in DC.

We survived that trip too.

We run on vacation.

Yes I ran. No I not getting in that cold cold pool.

I love this picture.

Carl did go in, swimming on New Years Eve 2010 on Ocracoke.

Survived that too.

No matter where you go, there you are.

Onwards, soon with 5 Wards!
