After 6 years of running the DA XC course as students, Carl and Fred ran as alumni for the first time on Thursday Aug 18, 2011.

Fred came in 1st at 16:57, Carl (after running a 4-mile progressive workout that morning while Fred slept) 4th at 17:32. Both finished about 1 minute faster this year than last boding well for their up-coming
Harvard debut. Rising DA junior David Bradley crossed 2nd with a course PR 17:13 and fellow Harvard team-mate Erik came in third at 17:20.
