The CN 22

The CN 22 is the magical sticker that allows me to send the unsolicited item, such as a hard-won tea towel, to you without incurring customs delays or fees.  I think.  I hope.

Congratulations to Jean and Ann -- a Will and Kate towel is on its way.

My ever-supporting Dad chimed in first on the Horsey post.  Though it may be an advantage that he is retired and gets up early...he is now, safe to say, the only one in St Louis to have a Horsey Wind Pump dish drier.

And thank you to Sue and Marty for trying. Since you both are kicking my ass in WWF,  I feel OK in making you work again for this one.

Stay tuned for a Mystery Photo Contest!

In the meantime, a bit of history for you.

First: to what does this holiday-worthy dinner table discussion piece refer?   Post in comments.  A towel to each of you who adds detail not in the previous post. No copy and paste please.

Second, a word game (if you have not yet had your fill with WWFs...).  Post your translations to as many of these Norfolk dialect sayings as you can.  A most charming Norfolk dialect towel to the top finishers.

HOLD YOU HARD

PUTTING ON PARTS (not what you think)

SUFFEN SAVAGE

and my favorite: JOLLIFICEARTIONS

Here is my submission for the tea towel: encouraging Britons to hang in there with rationing and the blitz during WWII.
